History of the Establishment of Real Estate Investment.

The Establishment was founded in April,2004. with a target to allow expatriates to gain and hold apartments in Ajman. His Highness Sheikh Humaid Bin Rashid Al- Nuaimi, Ruler of Ajman with his wise vision gave his directives and issued a decree to start building free hold apartments in Ajman. With this decree, Ajman became the second Emirate, after Dubai, to maintain such initiative.
This initiative creates a positive & fruitful atmosphere in the domain of real estate, moreover, as a result of the comprehensive vision of His Highness, Ajman Emirate has given the chance to foreign investors to invest in Ajman, in real estates.
Ajman is also attracting investors from all UAE Emirates. Therefore, we can see an increase in the number of new real estates projects. We also find so many real estate companies.

The number of Investment :
We are now developing new real estate projects with an approximate amount of  5  billion Dhs. These projects include residence compounds, offices and hotels. The projects will also provide Ajman with 74 tours that consist of 10,000 residence unit. They will provide Shelter to 30,000 persons.
Our projects are characterized by their excellent locations & their creative design. They are also open to all people, especially those with low income.
Finally our prices are reasonable and the installments are easy.
