Al Naeymiyah Towers are being built in two phases. Phase 1 will consist of 7 towers and will be completed by November 2005, while phase 2 will comprise of the remaining 8 towers and is set to be completed by August 2006. The initial price for a large two-bedroom apartment was AED 282,000 (US$ 77,000), while a three-bedroom flat opened at AED 369,000 ($US 100,100)
